However, vehicles may sell, prices and availability may change, and errors (including typographical or pricing errors) may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, and to change or withdraw any vehicle listing, price, or offer at any time without prior notice. Please confirm vehicle details, pricing, and availability with us directly before making any decisions based on the Site.
Vehicle Condition
Unless otherwise stated to you in writing at the time of sale, vehicles are sold ‘as-is,’ and nothing on this Site constitutes a warranty, express or implied, as to the condition, quality, or fitness of any vehicle. Photos and descriptions on the Site, including any stock or representative photos, are provided for general reference and may not depict the exact vehicle, its exact condition, or its exact features. The specific terms of any vehicle sale are set out in the bill of sale or purchase agreement signed at the time of purchase, which will govern over anything on this Site.
Quotes and Inquiries
Submitting the Contact, Get a Quote, or Sell Your Car forms does not create a binding offer, reservation, or agreement of any kind. A vehicle is only reserved or sold once a purchase agreement has been signed with us directly. We aim to respond to inquiries promptly but do not guarantee a specific response time.
Financing Applications
Submitting a Financing / Credit Application through the Site is a request for financing, not a guarantee of approval. Approval, terms, and rates are determined by the lender(s) involved in reviewing your application and depend on your credit history and other factors outside our control. By submitting a financing application, you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and complete, and you authorize us to share it with the lender(s) we work with in order to process your request.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images (other than vehicle photos submitted by users through the Sell Your Car form), is owned by or licensed to Dreamland Motors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will first be addressed informally by contacting us; if it cannot be resolved this way, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Canada, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
